Any breakfast diner worth its' salt must do the simple things right, and what could be simpler than the pancake? Here at the 60's Café, we know that the customer is not coming here looking for an extravagant take on the pancake, something that will challenge your tastebuds and only designed for the enjoyment of the connoisseur. We believe in the opposite, rather a pancake that everyone can enjoy, one that reminds them of home, of a simpler time. With this pancake, I believe we have achieved that and more, with locally sourced maple syrup and hand made pancakes, I'd be truly shocked to see even one bad review!
